Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days from the date of order (and before its delivery), without mentioning any reason and without any charge, as long as the items of the order are in excellent condition, unused and in their original packaging.
The declaration of withdrawal can be made in writing or online and the company is obliged to send confirmation of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal upon notification. Following the declaration of withdrawal, the company must refund the customer for the value of the order including the initial shipping costs, within 14 calendar days from the day on which the company was informed of the withdrawal.
Refunds in case of withdrawal can be made in the following ways:
In the case of payment by credit card, the refund is made by cancelation of the customer’s credit card charge by the company.
In the case of cash payment, and if the customer had selected the “pick up from the store” option, the refund is made by returning the money in person at the store where the purchase was made.
In any other case of cash payment, the refund is made to the bank account indicated by the customer to the company.
The return of the product(s) as well as the refund must be made within fourteen (14) working days at the latest.
The customer is responsible for compensating the company, if he/she made use of the product other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product in the period until the declaration of withdrawal and the company is entitled to agree with the customer its compensation even with mutual set-off. If the withdrawal concerns the provision of services, the customer must pay an amount proportional to what was provided up to the declaration of withdrawal. If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, any linked contracts shall be automatically terminated, without any costs for the customer.
