Α. By debit, credit, or prepaid card (Visa/ Mastercard). In the (secure) order form the customer must fill in all the necessary fields (card number, expiration date and issuing bank). It is important to provide a contact telephone number and a valid email address.
Online store transactions are protected by state-of-the-art online security systems (SSL-128 bit and digital certification from Verisign, Inc.) which guarantee a secure trading environment in more than 500 of the world’s largest companies.
Credit or debit card transactions at www.cavaKalomenidis.gr are cleared by Alpha Bank.

In case of transfer from a different bank, the transfer costs are borne by the customer.
The order will start to be executed immediately after the confirmation of the deposit.
The customer must send the deposit receipt (from the bank or from web banking), by replying to the order confirmation email; otherwise, the order confirmation process can take from 1 to 5 working days, depending on the bank’s remittance policy.
If the deposit is not confirmed within 5 working days, the order is automatically canceled.
C. By cash on delivery to the courier company upon receipt of the order (Greece only). In this case you will be charged 2.5 euros (including VAT 24%).
In the case of an order in which “Bank Deposit” has been selected, the order remains active for the next 5 working days from the date of confirmation. After the lapse of 5 working days, and if the order has not been paid, the products of the order are no longer reserved.
