Xinomavro 9 Daughters is the new addition to the Estate. Where 9 Daughters is the Estate’s Premium Edition Single Varietal. This wine, simultaneously houses depth, longevity and aromatic complexity. Aromas of red fruit and earth, sun-dried tomato, black truffle and olive, typical of the “same” varietal. In addition, the wine also bears the signature of the Estate, which is its personal style, namely : Over Concentration, Aging and Flavourful Richness. The classic characteristics of Xinomavro take on a new dimension, especially after two years of maturation in French oak barrels with mild toasting. The wine then acquires harmony, as the barrel gives depth and structure that make this wine unique.
