On the nose, it exudes aromas of cherry, wild strawberry, rose, and herbal hints. Its stay in the barrel gives it a full body with linearly developed aftertaste and great aging potential.
Paired wth meat in spicy sauces, risotto with wild mushrooms, stuffed peppers with ground meat, pan-fried kefalotyri, and meat pies.
