Description
Very, very pale and smells intensely sweet, wild strawberries. Spicy, balsamic and very intense, full of wild rose, Masses of extremely fine, dry, prickly tannins sweep through the fruit leaving mint, dried oregano and nutmeg in their wake. The finish is wonderfully rainy mineral, dry and dusty, like old terracotta tiles after a storm. It’s a strikingly unusual wine for experts.
