Five generations of the Varvagiannis family create, with love and knowledge, the classic blue Ouzo, with respect to tradition, which requires the one hundred percent distillation of ouzo, and following the family recipe, brought by Efstathios Varvagiannis in 1860 from Russia. Genuine spirit of anise and aromatic plants, produced at 46% Vol. with the only water of Plomari. The famous and pure Ouzo Varvagianni Blue has a pleasant aroma, transparent color and soft taste, which gives the palate sensations of spring breeze and sunny sea.
