The history of the Pitsiladis family distillery begins in the mid-19th century when the brothers Panagiotis and Yiannis Pitsiladis arrived in Mytilene from Pergamos, where they worked in a distillery.
Ouzo Pitsiladi is a family recipe of small production, from anise seeds and grains, 100% distilled in traditional copper stills over olive wood fire.
