Angel Tears is the first triple-distilled tsipouro in Greece. Traditional Tsipouro of Tyrnavos, without anise, exclusively from the aromatic grape of Tyrnavos, Moschato Tyrnavou. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in inox tanks, under ideal and controlled temperature conditions. The distillation of the pomace is done in handmade copper discontinuous stills. After the three distillations, the heart is diluted with water that has undergone the reverse osmosis process and is stored in stainless steel tanks for at least 6 months, until it balances and homogenizes, until the moment of its bottling. Crystalline and clear in appearance with a special aromatic character reminiscent of roses, grapes and white flowers. On the palate it is velvety with a rich flavor character due to the Moschato Tyrnavou. Ideal to enjoy with traditional Greek and warm dishes.
